Check-in Check-out

ARRIVAL: On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 2:30 PM.
If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know.

DEPARTURE: On the day of departure, please vacate your rooms by 10:30 AM.

Hours

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am during the summer. During other periods, it is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.

• Room service is available upon request for an additional fee.
• If you wish to depart early in the morning, we will prepare a packed breakfast for you the evening before.

For those choosing half-board, dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Payments

We accept cash (in accordance with current legislation), credit or debit cards (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, CARTASì), advance bank transfer, or checks (Italian checks only).

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per day for the first 5 days (children up to 10 years of age do not pay the tourist tax).

Bar and Drinks

All drinks consumed at the bar or restaurant are always excluded from the packages we offer.

Cancellation

Reservations can only be canceled in writing within 21 days of arrival. For cancellations, we offer the option of recovering the deposit for a stay at another agreed-upon time. Cancellations after this date will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Wellness Area – Lavaredo Natural Spa

Unless there are restrictions, the wellness center will be open from 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM, by reservation. The hot tub cannot be guaranteed to operate.
Access is permitted for guests aged 14 and over, with reservations required by 11:00 AM the same day. For stays of at least 6 nights, we offer two free entrances to the wellness center; for shorter stays, one entrance is included.

To access the spa, you must bring a towel for sitting in the sauna and a bathrobe for walking from your room to the spa. Both are light-colored. These can be rented for the duration of your stay at reception for a fee.

Yoga and Fitness Area

You can take part in private or small group yoga or fitness classes. Activities must be booked at the Reception and are subject to a fee.
To access the Yoga and Fitness area, you must bring a towel to use when sitting or lying on the machines during the exercises.
Clean shoes are required.

Mountain Bike Rental

Hotel guests can rent bikes for up to one hour, on beginner routes, such as the Lake Misurina circuit. They cannot be transported by car. Bikes must be booked at least three hours in advance.

Internet

If you’d like to connect to the Internet, you can request the password for the Hotel Lavaredo’s Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the property.

Laundry

Laundry service is available at Reception. The cost varies based on the number of items requested.

Outdoor parking

Parking is free subject to availability and is for the exclusive use of hotel guests.

Pets

We accept small dogs, only in some ground-floor rooms. Dogs are not permitted in the common areas of the Hotel Lavaredo. We appreciate your understanding.
Supplement for dogs starting from €10.00 per day depending on the dog’s size, excluding meals.
