During a period of tranquility, the more relaxed our mind is, the more we produce the substances of our well-being.
Unless there are restrictions, the wellness center will be open from 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM, by reservation. The hot tub cannot be guaranteed to operate.
Access is permitted for guests aged 14 and over, and reservations are required by 11:00 AM the same day. For stays of at least 6 nights, we offer two free wellness center admissions; for shorter stays, one admission is included.
Guests must wear a swimsuit, a large towel for sitting in the sauna, and a light-colored bathrobe for transfers from their room to the wellness center. Bathrobes are available for rental (for a supplement*).

Yoga Fitness Area
Yoga and fitness classes are available privately or in small groups. Activities must be booked at the reception and are subject to a fee.
To access the Yoga and Fitness area, you must bring a towel to use when sitting or lying on the machines during the exercises.
Clean shoes are mandatory.

A massage and treatment area for those who want to indulge in moments of pure well-being and relaxation during their stay at the Lavaredo Hotel.
Lavaredo Natural SPA has created a personalized program where guests and spa managers can choose flowers, fruits, or plants together to pamper their body and spirit. For you:
- Purifying treatment in Finnish sauna and Turkish bath with natural essences;
- Floral face and body peeling in a Turkish bath;
- Vascular gymnastics with a shower or flavored ice;
- Massages and treatments for musculoskeletal disorders.
Treatments must be booked at Reception.
